    Appointment Booking and Payments
    • All appointments must be booked and paid for online at the time of booking.
    • An appointment is considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed.

    Refunds and Rescheduling
    • Payments are non-refundable. Once an appointment is booked and paid for, the fee cannot be returned.
    • Patients may reschedule their appointment only if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
    • If the patient fails to appear on time or cancels within less than 24 hours, the payment will be forfeited

    Patient Responsibilities
    • Patients are required to provide accurate and truthful information when booking an appointment (such as full name and phone number).
    • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete details may result in the cancellation of the appointment without refund.

    Hospital Rights

    Refund Policy

    Appointment Booking & Payments
    • Once an appointment is booked and payment is made, the booking is confirmed.
    • Please note that payments are non-refundable.

    Rescheduling Policy
    • If you are unable to attend your confirmed appointment, you may reschedule your session to another date provided that you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
    • Requests for rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment cannot be accommodated, and the payment will be forfeited.
    • Rescheduling is subject to availability of time slots.

    Non-Refundable Payments
    • Payments made for appointments cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This includes:
    • Cancellations made by the patient.
    • Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice.
    • Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

    Exceptional Circumstances
    • In rare situations, such as an emergency closure of the hospital or unavoidable cancellation from our side, you will be contacted immediately. In such cases, you will be offered the option to:
    • Reschedule your appointment to another convenient date, or
    • Receive a full refund of your payment.

    Processing Time
    • Approved rescheduling requests will be confirmed within 2 business days.
    • Refunds (only in exceptional cases) will be processed within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
